Léon H. Ltd has the right to sell a selection of Léon H. XXI products over the Internet. The use of the Leonhxxi.com website and the purchase of any products offered on the Leonhxxi.com website are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Leonhxxi.com website (“Terms and Conditions of Use”).
The use of the Leonhxxi.com website constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood and accepted without reservation these Terms and Conditions of Use and your consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy for the Leonhxxi.com website (see “Privacy Policy & Personal Data”).These Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. The Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy applicable at the time of using the Leonhxxi.com website are those you are applicable to you. The “Léon H. XXI” trademark, the device trademark of a lion head and the lion head in the middle of the Léon cross and all other Léon H. Ltd. Any reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification or use of these trademarks for any purpose whatsoever without prior and express agreement of Léon H. Ltd is prohibited. Léon H. Ltd does not warrant or represent that:

The Leonhxxi.com website may contain technical inaccuracies or other defects and Léon H. Ltd does not warrant that such defects will be corrected. Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, including without limitation, any implied warranty regarding the usual conditions of use of the Leonhxxi.com website or the adequacy of the website for a usual or specific use, its quality or compliance with all statutory provisions. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (without reference to its conflict of law provisions).
Any disputes arising out of, or relating to, these General Terms and the Contracts shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
Léon H. Ltd reserves the right to seek and obtain injunctions or orders to protect its rights hereunder.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. General Provisions – Scope of Application and Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions of Sale” “T & C of Use and Sale”) describe the terms on which Léon H. Ltd (“Léon H. XXI”, “Léon H.”, “Léon”, “we”, “us”, “our”), sells, and a consumer (“you”) purchases, Léon H. XXI products (“Products”) through the website Leonhxxi.com (“Website”).
These Terms will apply to any contract for the sale of Products by Léon H. XXI to you through the Website (“Contract”).
The sale of Products under these Terms is only available to consumers, meaning natural persons who act for purposes of personal consumption (i.e. for purposes extraneous to their trade, business, craft and profession and not for profit), who have reached the age of majority and have full legal capacity to enter into a Contract, in their country.
Consequently, you agree and warrant that you are acting as an end consumer and that you will not, directly or indirectly, resell Léon H. XXI products purchased on the Website, for commercial purposes.
You will be asked to agree to these Terms and to the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website (“Terms and Conditions of Use” “T & C of Use and Sale”) before placing an order. We therefore advise you to read these documents carefully, and in particular these Terms, before proceeding with any purchase, and save or print a copy for future reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, the Terms and Conditions of Use, and our Privacy Policy, you will not be able to order any Products from the Website.
To indicate your acceptance, you will need to check the box “I have read and agree to the website’s T & C of Use and Sale and check the box “I accept the Privacy Policy”. You can view the applicable version of the Privacy Policy at any time by clicking on the hyperlink labelled “Privacy Policy”.
We reserve the right to amend or update all or part of these General Terms from time to time, without notice. We will always post the most current version of these Terms on the Website and display the “Last Updated” date to reflect the date of the changes.
These Terms should be read alongside, and are in addition to, our Privacy Policy at https://leonhxxi.com/privacy-policy/ which tells you how we use your personal data, and our Cookie Policy also in the Privacy Policy page.
2. Ordering Methods
For any question related to our products and your orders, you may contact our customer service (“Customer Service”) by clicking on the “Contact us” hyperlink at the bottom of the web page.
The Website may be used to order a selection of Léon H. XXI branded products (hereafter the “Product(s)”) from Léon H. Ltd, directly online via the Internet for worldwide delivery (see section “Delivery and Collection Area” below).
Through the Website you may not be able to order custom made creations, or creations that notably consist in the realisation of a product that does not exist in our current range of products, or is no longer in the Léon H. XXI collection, a bespoke product or the adaptation or customization of a product from Léon H. XXI collections, and the manufacturing of the latter by Léon H. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale therefore do not apply to special orders. To request any special order, please contact our Customer service.
2.1. Services related to pre-orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve certain Products advertised on the Website before their release date (hereinafter “pre-orders” or “pre-ordered Product”).
2.2. Availability of Products
Product offers are valid while stocks last. At the time of validation of the order, there may be a difference between the stock available electronically and the existing physical stock (for example, in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers). The sale is therefore conditional on the availability of the Products in stock. In addition, Léon H. Ltd reserves ownership of the Products until receipt of the Products in accordance with the provisions in the section “Title retention” below.
The availability date of the pre-ordered Product will be explicitly indicated on the Product page. If the availability date changes, you will be notified immediately by email and/or on your client account.
If a Product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you of such unavailability by email as soon as possible. You will then be presented with the choice to order an alternative Product from the Website or to cancel your order. We shall not be liable if Products are out of stock or unavailable.
We reserve the right to change the Products offered on the Website, at any time and without any prior notice. In order to improve our quality service and ensure greater availability of our Products for all customers, we reserve the right to limit the number of Products which can be purchased per customer.
3. Order procedure
3.1. Order procedure on the Website
3.1.a) Selecting Products
You may at any time add Products to your selection by clicking on “ADD TO BASKET” and choose to complete your order or continue shopping. You may view your selection by clicking on the basket icon on the top right-hand side of the Website, where photograph(s) of the Product(s), colour, the quantity selected, unit price(s), and the subtotal for the selection will be displayed.
You may also view the number of items held in the basket at that moment in time through the number indexed in the top right corner of the basket icon.
3.1.b) Login
Once you have selected the Product(s), click on “PLACE ORDER” to begin the process of placing your order.
If you already have a customer account, you will be required to log in and enter your password at this stage, but if you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one by confirming your email address and subsequently creating a password.
Your login and password are strictly for personal use, consequently, you undertake to store them safely and never disclose them to third parties.
You may be held liable for any loss, theft or fraudulent use of your customer account if you have not taken reasonable care; and you must inform Léon H. immediately if you become aware of any third-party gaining access to your login, password or account.
Once you have created an account you will be able to:
• access your dashboard;
• monitor your deliveries and view your order history;
• register the ownership of your Léon H. garments;
• add or edit your delivery and billing addresses for future orders;
• add or edit your account details;
• manage your returns and exchanges;
You may have your account deactivated at any time by sending an email to the Customer Service (see the section “Ordering Methods”).
3.2. Order confirmation for Website orders
3.2.a) Confirmation of shipping method
You will be required to confirm the shipping method and to enter the delivery details needed to ship your order successfully, which include: shipping country, surname, first name, phone number, delivery address, and such other information or details as may be required by us. Once you have completed this step, click “CONTINUE”.
The Product will be shipped to the shipping address you indicated when you placed your order; you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Léon H. will inform you at the time of your order if the Product can’t be delivered at the delivery address that you requested.
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct as this information will appear on the shipping label; incorrect information may result in the delay or loss of your order. Léon H. Ltd is not responsible for replacement or refund if the information you provided is incorrect.
3.2.b) Confirmation of payment
You may use your delivery address as your billing address or enter a different address. You will then be invited to select a payment method (please see the section “Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment”) and to enter the relevant information.
For more information concerning payment methods (currency, methods of payment accepted, etc.), please refer to the section “Price –Methods of Payment Accepted” below.
At the end of the ordering procedure described above, once you have accepted in their entirety the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy for the Website, click the “PLACE ORDER” button.
You must carefully check that your selection is correct before confirming your order; while every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the Products in the photographs displayed on the Website match those of the original Products, variations may occur, in particular due to colour display constraints on your computer equipment. Consequently, Léon H. Ltd shall not be held liable for any error or insubstantial inaccuracy in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products included on the Website. In the event of queries regarding the Products, you may of course contact our Customer Service.
When finished, your order is transmitted to Léon H. Ltd for processing and it is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that your order has been shipped.
The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received your order request (you will receive a notification of confirmation via email), taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
Léon H. Ltd reserves the right to not accept any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Léon H. Ltd has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity, or on any other legitimate grounds.
3.2.c) Order summary
You will subsequently receive an order summary by email, which will mention the total amount of the order, details of the shipping cost and delivery time, the essential characteristics, the quantity and the price of the Products purchased.
We advise you to keep the order summary in an electronic format. In the order summary email, you will also find attached the electronic invoice.
You will then receive an email informing you of the completion of the order and therefore its successful shipment.
We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are qualified as “spam”. Therefore, we advise you to check your Spam folder if you have not received the shipping confirmation email.
For every order, Léon H. Ltd shall retain the document that embodies the contract entered into electronically between Léon H. Ltd and a customer for a period starting from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the product and for a period of ten years from this date.
The Order Summary is not a confirmation of acceptance of your order by Léon H. Ltd, your order is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that it has been shipped. The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received it, taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
The Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd constitutes the proof of all transactions made between Léon H. Ltd and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Léon H. Ltd and one of its customers about a transaction made on the Website, the Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd will be considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.
3.4. Invoices
Your invoice will be sent by Léon H. Ltd in a shipping confirmation email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are marked as spam. Therefore, we advise you to check your spam folder if you have not received your shipping confirmation email.
You can also download your electronic invoices in the “Your Orders” section of your personal account; a customer account is created automatically for every order, so please log into your account to access to your electronic invoices. If you have never logged in, you can click on the account confirmation email which you have received automatically, which allows you to create a password. Alternatively, you can create a new password directly on the Website by clicking on “forgotten password” and entering your email address.
You will receive a printed version of your invoice, along with the garments in your order.
4. Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment
4.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are in GBP, inclusive of taxes. Except in the cases of reimbursement issued i) within the context of exercising the right of withdrawal or ii) due to lack of conformity and hidden defects, Léon H. Ltd will not reimburse the VAT applied on the purchases made on the Website (even in the event where the buyer, after receipt of the Products, re-exports them to a country located outside the European Union).
Léon H. Ltd reserves the rights to amend the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice. Products are invoiced on the basis of a price list posted on the Website at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the Products ordered at this time.
All orders are payable in GBP and must be paid in full immediately at the time of ordering; if any of the ordered Products are unavailable (see the section “Product Availability”), only the price and the shipping costs of the available Products will be charged.
4.2. Methods of Payment Accepted
4.2.a) Payment by credit card or debit card
We accept payment by the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, American Express®, JCB®, Discover & Diners Club International® and CUP®.
Payments by debit card are authenticated and secured thanks to the 3D Secure system. This system is also known under the names of “Verified by Visa®”, “MasterCard® SecureCode” or “American Express SafeKey®”. During payment, the bank asks the Internet user for his/her personal information in order to check the identity of the card holder and to validate the transaction.
We also accept payments via ApplePay® and GooglePay®, but you must be on Safari or Google Chrome respectively to be able to use this function.
How to pay with 3D Secure on Leonhxxi.com:
After validation of your banking details (card number, expiry date and card verification number), a new page may be displayed on which you have to enter the personal information requested by your bank. This information can be:
-the answer to a personal question;
-a password you have previously chosen;
-a code sent by SMS;
-your date of birth.
Although these may vary slightly as authentication is specific to each bank, so for any questions concerning your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Once the 3D Secure code is entered and validated by your bank your order is complete, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Your order will only be dispatched after your payment method has been verified and upon receipt of your card’s debit authorisation.
4.2.b) Store credit
Léon H. Ltd will issue store credit only in the forms of coupons, redeemable upon the purchase of Products on the Website.
5. Title Retention
The Products ordered remain the property of Léon H. Ltd until full payment for the Products has been received by Léon H. Ltd. However, you assume the risks (in particular regarding loss, theft or damage) relating to the Products from the moment they are delivered to the address specified when placing your order (in case of delivery to a postal address).
6. Shipping Methods
6.1. Delivery and Collection Area
6.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
Products purchased on the website may be delivered Worldwide, wherever the delivery address disclosed in the order process may be, (hereinafter the “Delivery Area”). However, for security reasons, Léon H. XXI shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a DX address has been provided.
The Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order, but we reserve the right to request a signature and a valid form of ID on delivery (e.g. passport or driving licence).
6.2. Shipping Costs
Express shipping is free for orders delivered within Italy, with the exclusion of the isles: Capri, Ventotene, Ponza and Isola d’Elba.
Sadly, we cannot provide free express shipping for international addresses. However, at Léon H. we believe in sharing the cost of shipping, therefore, in the interest of being just, Léon H. Ltd is committed to pay the part of your shipping expense equal to that covered by us in the free shipping for Italian parcels. Any amount over the abovementioned, shall be paid by the customer.
The shipping estimate you will see at in your cart and at checkout is the shipping amount with Léon H.’s share due already subtracted.
For specific shipping services (such as multiple orders), costs are calculated on the basis of the number of Products selected, and thus the number of packages to be sent out.
Worldwide shipping is free for NFT collectors ordering their Product from Leonhxxi.com.
6.3. Time Required for Delivery
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with an approximate timeframe required for delivery. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed in the order summary.
The delivery times below run from when your order has been confirmed, except for pre-ordered Products for which the delivery times run from when the Products become available.
For European customers the estimated delivery times vary between 1-2 working days.
For the rest of the world, customers should expect their delivery to take between 3-6 working days.
Please note that the delivery of the garments may suffer delays due to the current global pandemic.
6.3.a) Delivery to a postal address
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with the timeframe required for delivery and the various shipment methods available for the purchased Products and country of delivery. The price of shipping will be due in addition to the price of the purchased Products.
6.4) Taxes and Import duties
Prices on the Site are inclusive of taxes, but they do not include tax and import duties you may be expected to fulfil upon the arrival of your order.
These differ from country to country and will depend on your address of choice. It is not uncommon for you to have to pay your local sales tax (as well as further import duties depending on your country) and currier import charges upon the arrival of the garment.
Please consult your country’s regulation to find out precisely what these fees may be.
7. Delivery Problems
Any failure to deliver, late delivery, unavailability or delay in availability of your Products in store, exceeding the delivery time beyond an acceptable (e.g. longer than 4 days) delay must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. No claims notified to us more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order will be taken into account.
You should check any lack of conformity in the Products at the time of delivery and, if any anomalies are found (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.), we recommend that you handwrite any reservations on the delivery note and sign it; you should then contact the Customer Service with your report and all the evidence you can provide (pictures are best suited and will be most welcome when dealing with such unfortunate events).
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or ask for an exchange or a refund pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the section “Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds”.
8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
8.1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
You have a legal right of withdrawal of your order under applicable law, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. The general refund policy of Léon H. Ltd allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. Beyond this time, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that when acquiring the T-Shirt Silhouette 01 through the NFT linked to the serial number, your choice to exercise the right of withdrawal effectively means you will have to return the physical garment and transfer the NFT back in our digital wallet, before we can refund you in the wallet of your choice.
8.2. Procedure for exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must fill out the “Return or Exchange” form in your account within the fourteen (14) days withdrawal period indicated above (see the section “Ordering Methods”).
We will reply as soon as possible with the confirmation to your request, so do not despair if you don’t get an immediate reply.
You must proceed to return the package within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You should use the return address that will be sent to you in the email confirming your withdrawal request.
In case the garment was acquired through the purchase of the NFT, you must also proceed to transfer the NFT to our digital wallet within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, to effectively exercise complete the procedure.
8.3. Restrictions on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom creations made by Léon H. Ltd.
8.4. Consequence of the right of withdrawal
In the event the product does not comply with your order or in the context of your right of withdrawal, you may ask for an exchange or refund of the Product(s) purchased under the conditions set out in Section 9 below.
9. Procedure for Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
9.1. Returns to the Leonhxxi.com Website
9.1. a) Return procedure for products purchased with the NFT
When exercising your right of return, you must return the garments in their original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Léon packaging (the black box), with all the labels intact and attached to the item.
Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion.
Please keep in mind that on the other side of your screen there is a reasonable team of people working to do right by all consumers and will try their best to find a suitable arrangement for you.
SO, DO NOT FEAR, EVERYTHING WILL BE OK!
To officialise the return, please log in to your customer account, click on “Return or Exchange” and fill in the form.
Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email accepting your request to return or exchange the item. Only after this is received and we can expect your return, you can proceed to send us the package with the items declared in the form in the original condition, accompanied by the original invoice (please print the proforma in 3 copies, as it is mandatory for customs inspections), original Léon packaging (the black box), with all the labels intact and attached to the item.
To complete the return, you must ship the garments within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the confirmation email of withdrawal has been issued, by using the return address that will be sent to you in the email confirming your withdrawal request.
In this case, you are solely responsible for the return of the Products, and we will not be responsible for the loss of Products in transit, shipping to the wrong address or delayed delivery of the Products. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you subscribe the insurance offered by the carrier of your choice and covering the value of the Product.
Additionally, to complete a return you must also transfer the NFT to our digital wallet within the timeframe specified above in Section 8.2.
Until both the garment and the NFT have come back in our possession we cannot consider the procedure complete and we reserve the right not to issue a refund until it is.
Should you wish to change size as a result of a mistake in ordering, please follow the instructions below regarding “Exchanges” (Section 9.2).
9.1. b) Return procedure for products purchased independently from an NFT
Refunds will be issued in the same form as utilised for payment.
When exercising your right of return, you must return the garments in their original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Léon packaging (the black box), with all the labels intact and attached to the item.
Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion.
Please keep in mind that on the other side of your screen there is a reasonable team of people working to do right by all consumers and will try their best to find a suitable arrangement for you.

9.2. Exchanges
When requesting an exchange, please indicate in the allocated field the Product(s) you wish to receive in exchange for your order. Should you wish that the chosen product(s) be reserved for you, please contact our Customer Service.
When exchanging garments, you must return it (them) in the original condition and only if accompanied by the original invoice, original Léon packaging (the black box), with all the labels intact and attached to the item.
Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion.
Please keep in mind that on the other side of your screen there is a reasonable team of people working to do right by all consumers and will try their best to find a suitable arrangement for you.

To officialise the return, please log in to your customer account, click on “Return or Exchange” and fill in the form.
Shortly after you will receive a confirmation email accepting your request to exchange the item. Only after this is received and we can expect your return, you can proceed to send us the package with the items declared in the form in the original condition, accompanied by the original invoice (please print the proforma in 3 copies, as it is mandatory for customs inspections), original Léon packaging (the black box), with all the labels intact and attached to the item.
To complete the exchange, you must ship the garments within a maximum of fourteen (14) days after the confirmation email of withdrawal has been issued, by using the address that will be sent to you in the email confirming your withdrawal request. In this case, you are solely responsible for the Products, and we will not be responsible for their loss in transit, shipping to the wrong address or delayed delivery of the Products. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you subscribe the insurance offered by the carrier of your choice and covering the value of the Product. Please note that the product(s) will be exchanged within seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt.
Exchanges of garments acquired through the purchase of the NFT must also see the NFT returned to our digital wallet, prior to the transfer of a new one linked to the new serial number and the dispatch of the new corresponding garment.
Until both elements have come back in our possession we cannot consider the procedure complete and we reserve the right not to issue exchange the garment until it is complete.
For any questions regarding the exchange procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service prior to filling the form on the Site.
9.3. Refund
If a refund has been requested, you will be sent a confirmation email and we will commit to complete the refund for the product(s) within either
(a) seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt of the returned good, or
(b) fourteen (14) days after the day of receipt of the returned good.
The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers; we have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
The refund, upon request, can be made in electronic credit note to be used within a year of its issuance.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the Product back.
Please note that refunds linked to the acquisition of an NFT will be emitted in the cryptocurrency used for the purchase of the NFT, in the digital wallet of your choice, specified in the return procedure; for more information, please refer to Section 9.1.a.
9.4. Gifts ordered on the Leonhxxi.com Site
Third-party recipients of gifts ordered on the Site may only exchange the Products via the procedure for return to the Site. Consequently, only the customer having purchased the gift may ask for a refund in the context of the right of withdrawal (insofar as it is only possible to reaccredit the bank account of the person having ordered the product). Otherwise, only an exchange for a Product of an equivalent or greater value (the difference in price must be paid by the recipient of the gift) is possible.
The third-party recipient should contact our Customer Service which will log the exchange and issue the return address by email.
9.5. Issuance of Site Credit
Any Product purchased, or received as a gift, from the Site may be returned and converted into credit valid for one (1) year within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
-returned Products must be in their original condition, with all the labels intact and attached to the item, and with their original packaging (the black box). Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion;
-if the garment was acquired through the purchase of an NFT then it shall also be returned to the wallet address it was transferred from in the first place. Should there be any doubt on which that would be, please don’t hesitate to contact us;
-you must provide the original invoice along with your returns, or a copy of it if you are returning part of your order.
To ask for a refund for a Product purchased on the Site, by exercising your right of withdrawal, you must proceed as described above in the preceding paragraph “9.1 Returns to the Leonhxxi.com Site”.
Please note that no Site Credit can be issued for purchases linked to the acquisition of an NFT. Given the nature of the transaction on Leonhxxi.com, we cannot issue Site Credit as part of your return.
10. Legal and commercial guarantees
10.1. Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity:
Léon H. Ltd will deliver a Product to you that is consistent with the sales contract and free from any defects upon delivery of said Product, in that the Product will be as described, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality.
If the Product does not comply with these requirements, you have legal rights in accordance with applicable consumer law, during the expected lifespan of the Product, you are entitled to the following:
(a) up to 30 days after delivery, if the Product is faulty you can get a full refund, upon proof of an original defect being present; and (b) up to 6 months after delivery, if the Product is faulty and it can’t be repaired or replaced by us, upon proof of an original defect being present then you can get a full refund in most cases; and (c) up to 6 years after delivery if the Product does not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back, again, upon proof of an original defect being present.
This is a summary of your key consumer rights and for detailed information about the applicable law you should contact Citizens advice (citizensadvice.org.uk or phone 03454 040506) or another legal or consumer affairs adviser.
In the event of defects, Products should be returned to Léon H. Ltd by contacting our Customer Service (see the section “Ordering Methods” above).
11. After-sales service and availability of replacement parts
An after-sales service is provided for any product that is technically repairable. For any repairs, please contact our Customer Services.
Léon H. Ltd cannot guarantee a period of availability for spare parts required for the use of Products. Nevertheless, Léon H. Ltd will do its utmost to satisfy its Customers in the event that one or more parts is requested.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances may Léon H. Ltd be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure on the part of Léon H. Ltd to comply with one of its obligations.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement and understanding between us in relation to the sale of Products from us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and, therefore, the Contracts entered into with you, shall be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (without reference to its conflict of law provisions).

These Terms will apply to any contract for the sale of Products by Léon H. XXI to you through the Website (“Contract”).

The Website may be used to order a selection of Léon H. XXI branded products (hereafter the “Product(s)”) from Léon H. Ltd, directly online via the Internet for worldwide delivery (see section “Delivery and Collection Area” below).
Through the Website you may not be able to order custom made creations, or creations that notably consist in the realisation of a product that does not exist in our current range of products, or is no longer in the Léon H. XXI collection, a bespoke product or the adaptation or customization of a product from Léon H. XXI collections, and the manufacturing of the latter by Léon H. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale therefore do not apply to special orders. To request any special order, please contact our Customer service.
2.1. Services related to pre-orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve certain Products advertised on the Website before their release date (hereinafter “pre-orders” or “pre-ordered Product”).
2.2. Availability of Products
Product offers are valid while stocks last. At the time of validation of the order, there may be a difference between the stock available electronically and the existing physical stock (for example, in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers). The sale is therefore conditional on the availability of the Products in stock. In addition, Léon H. Ltd reserves ownership of the Products until receipt of the Products in accordance with the provisions in the section “Title retention” below.
The availability date of the pre-ordered Product will be explicitly indicated on the Product page. If the availability date changes, you will be notified immediately by email and/or on your client account.
If a Product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you of such unavailability by email as soon as possible. You will then be presented with the choice to order an alternative Product from the Website or to cancel your order. We shall not be liable if Products are out of stock or unavailable.
We reserve the right to change the Products offered on the Website, at any time and without any prior notice. In order to improve our quality service and ensure greater availability of our Products for all customers, we reserve the right to limit the number of Products which can be purchased per customer.
3. Order procedure
3.1. Order procedure on the Website
3.1.a) Selecting Products
You may at any time add Products to your selection by clicking on “ADD TO BASKET” and choose to complete your order or continue shopping. You may view your selection by clicking on the basket icon on the top right-hand side of the Website, where photograph(s) of the Product(s), colour, the quantity selected, unit price(s), and the subtotal for the selection will be displayed.
You may also view the number of items held in the basket at that moment in time through the number indexed in the top right corner of the basket icon.
3.1.b) Login
Once you have selected the Product(s), click on “PLACE ORDER” to begin the process of placing your order.
If you already have a customer account, you will be required to log in and enter your password at this stage, but if you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one by confirming your email address and subsequently creating a password.
Your login and password are strictly for personal use, consequently, you undertake to store them safely and never disclose them to third parties.
You may be held liable for any loss, theft or fraudulent use of your customer account if you have not taken reasonable care; and you must inform Léon H. immediately if you become aware of any third-party gaining access to your login, password or account.
Once you have created an account you will be able to:
• access your dashboard;
• monitor your deliveries and view your order history;
• register the ownership of your Léon H. garments;
• add or edit your delivery and billing addresses for future orders;
• add or edit your account details;
• manage your returns and exchanges;
You may have your account deactivated at any time by sending an email to the Customer Service (see the section “Ordering Methods”).
3.2. Order confirmation for Website orders
3.2.a) Confirmation of shipping method
You will be required to confirm the shipping method and to enter the delivery details needed to ship your order successfully, which include: shipping country, surname, first name, phone number, delivery address, and such other information or details as may be required by us. Once you have completed this step, click “CONTINUE”.
The Product will be shipped to the shipping address you indicated when you placed your order; you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Léon H. will inform you at the time of your order if the Product can’t be delivered at the delivery address that you requested.
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct as this information will appear on the shipping label; incorrect information may result in the delay or loss of your order. Léon H. Ltd is not responsible for replacement or refund if the information you provided is incorrect.
3.2.b) Confirmation of payment
You may use your delivery address as your billing address or enter a different address. You will then be invited to select a payment method (please see the section “Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment”) and to enter the relevant information.
For more information concerning payment methods (currency, methods of payment accepted, etc.), please refer to the section “Price –Methods of Payment Accepted” below.
At the end of the ordering procedure described above, once you have accepted in their entirety the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy for the Website, click the “PLACE ORDER” button.
You must carefully check that your selection is correct before confirming your order; while every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the Products in the photographs displayed on the Website match those of the original Products, variations may occur, in particular due to colour display constraints on your computer equipment. Consequently, Léon H. Ltd shall not be held liable for any error or insubstantial inaccuracy in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products included on the Website. In the event of queries regarding the Products, you may of course contact our Customer Service.
When finished, your order is transmitted to Léon H. Ltd for processing and it is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that your order has been shipped.
The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received your order request (you will receive a notification of confirmation via email), taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
Léon H. Ltd reserves the right to not accept any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Léon H. Ltd has reasonable cause to suspect that such customer has violated these Terms and Conditions, or is engaged in any fraudulent activity, or on any other legitimate grounds.
3.2.c) Order summary
You will subsequently receive an order summary by email, which will mention the total amount of the order, details of the shipping cost and delivery time, the essential characteristics, the quantity and the price of the Products purchased.
We advise you to keep the order summary in an electronic format. In the order summary email, you will also find attached the electronic invoice.
You will then receive an email informing you of the completion of the order and therefore its successful shipment.
We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are qualified as “spam”. Therefore, we advise you to check your Spam folder if you have not received the shipping confirmation email.
For every order, Léon H. Ltd shall retain the document that embodies the contract entered into electronically between Léon H. Ltd and a customer for a period starting from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the product and for a period of ten years from this date.
The Order Summary is not a confirmation of acceptance of your order by Léon H. Ltd, your order is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that it has been shipped. The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received it, taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
The Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd constitutes the proof of all transactions made between Léon H. Ltd and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Léon H. Ltd and one of its customers about a transaction made on the Website, the Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd will be considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.
3.4. Invoices
Your invoice will be sent by Léon H. Ltd in a shipping confirmation email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are marked as spam. Therefore, we advise you to check your spam folder if you have not received your shipping confirmation email.
You can also download your electronic invoices in the “Your Orders” section of your personal account; a customer account is created automatically for every order, so please log into your account to access to your electronic invoices. If you have never logged in, you can click on the account confirmation email which you have received automatically, which allows you to create a password. Alternatively, you can create a new password directly on the Website by clicking on “forgotten password” and entering your email address.
You will receive a printed version of your invoice, along with the garments in your order.
4. Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment
4.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are in GBP, inclusive of taxes. Except in the cases of reimbursement issued i) within the context of exercising the right of withdrawal or ii) due to lack of conformity and hidden defects, Léon H. Ltd will not reimburse the VAT applied on the purchases made on the Website (even in the event where the buyer, after receipt of the Products, re-exports them to a country located outside the European Union).
Léon H. Ltd reserves the rights to amend the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice. Products are invoiced on the basis of a price list posted on the Website at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the Products ordered at this time.
All orders are payable in GBP and must be paid in full immediately at the time of ordering; if any of the ordered Products are unavailable (see the section “Product Availability”), only the price and the shipping costs of the available Products will be charged.
4.2. Methods of Payment Accepted
4.2.a) Payment by credit card or debit card
We accept payment by the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, American Express®, JCB®, Discover & Diners Club International® and CUP®.
Payments by debit card are authenticated and secured thanks to the 3D Secure system. This system is also known under the names of “Verified by Visa®”, “MasterCard® SecureCode” or “American Express SafeKey®”. During payment, the bank asks the Internet user for his/her personal information in order to check the identity of the card holder and to validate the transaction.
We also accept payments via ApplePay® and GooglePay®, but you must be on Safari or Google Chrome respectively to be able to use this function.
How to pay with 3D Secure on Leonhxxi.com:
After validation of your banking details (card number, expiry date and card verification number), a new page may be displayed on which you have to enter the personal information requested by your bank. This information can be:
-the answer to a personal question;
-a password you have previously chosen;
-a code sent by SMS;
-your date of birth.
Although these may vary slightly as authentication is specific to each bank, so for any questions concerning your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Once the 3D Secure code is entered and validated by your bank your order is complete, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Your order will only be dispatched after your payment method has been verified and upon receipt of your card’s debit authorisation.
4.2.b) Store credit
Léon H. Ltd will issue store credit only in the forms of coupons, redeemable upon the purchase of Products on the Website.
5. Title Retention
The Products ordered remain the property of Léon H. Ltd until full payment for the Products has been received by Léon H. Ltd. However, you assume the risks (in particular regarding loss, theft or damage) relating to the Products from the moment they are delivered to the address specified when placing your order (in case of delivery to a postal address).
6. Shipping Methods
6.1. Delivery and Collection Area
6.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
Products purchased on the website may be delivered Worldwide, wherever the delivery address disclosed in the order process may be, (hereinafter the “Delivery Area”). However, for security reasons, Léon H. XXI shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a DX address has been provided.
The Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order, but we reserve the right to request a signature and a valid form of ID on delivery (e.g. passport or driving licence).
6.2. Shipping Costs
Express shipping is free for orders delivered within Italy, with the exclusion of the isles: Capri, Ventotene, Ponza and Isola d’Elba.
Sadly, we cannot provide free express shipping for international addresses. However, at Léon H. we believe in sharing the cost of shipping, therefore, in the interest of being just, Léon H. Ltd is committed to pay the part of your shipping expense equal to that covered by us in the free shipping for Italian parcels. Any amount over the abovementioned, shall be paid by the customer.
The shipping estimate you will see at in your cart and at checkout is the shipping amount with Léon H.’s share due already subtracted.
For specific shipping services (such as multiple orders), costs are calculated on the basis of the number of Products selected, and thus the number of packages to be sent out.
Worldwide shipping is free for NFT collectors ordering their Product from Leonhxxi.com.
6.3. Time Required for Delivery
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with an approximate timeframe required for delivery. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed in the order summary.
The delivery times below run from when your order has been confirmed, except for pre-ordered Products for which the delivery times run from when the Products become available.
For European customers the estimated delivery times vary between 1-2 working days.
For the rest of the world, customers should expect their delivery to take between 3-6 working days.
Please note that the delivery of the garments may suffer delays due to the current global pandemic.
6.3.a) Delivery to a postal address
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with the timeframe required for delivery and the various shipment methods available for the purchased Products and country of delivery. The price of shipping will be due in addition to the price of the purchased Products.
6.4) Taxes and Import duties
Prices on the Site are inclusive of taxes, but they do not include tax and import duties you may be expected to fulfil upon the arrival of your order.
These differ from country to country and will depend on your address of choice. It is not uncommon for you to have to pay your local sales tax (as well as further import duties depending on your country) and currier import charges upon the arrival of the garment.

7. Delivery Problems
Any failure to deliver, late delivery, unavailability or delay in availability of your Products in store, exceeding the delivery time beyond an acceptable (e.g. longer than 4 days) delay must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. No claims notified to us more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order will be taken into account.
You should check any lack of conformity in the Products at the time of delivery and, if any anomalies are found (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.), we recommend that you handwrite any reservations on the delivery note and sign it; you should then contact the Customer Service with your report and all the evidence you can provide (pictures are best suited and will be most welcome when dealing with such unfortunate events).
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or ask for an exchange or a refund pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the section “Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds”.
8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
8.1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
You have a legal right of withdrawal of your order under applicable law, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. The general refund policy of Léon H. Ltd allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. Beyond this time, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that when acquiring the T-Shirt Silhouette 01 through the NFT linked to the serial number, your choice to exercise the right of withdrawal effectively means you will have to return the physical garment and transfer the NFT back in our digital wallet, before we can refund you in the wallet of your choice.
8.2. Procedure for exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must fill out the “Return or Exchange” form in your account within the fourteen (14) days withdrawal period indicated above (see the section “Ordering Methods”).
We will reply as soon as possible with the confirmation to your request, so do not despair if you don’t get an immediate reply.
You must proceed to return the package within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You should use the return address that will be sent to you in the email confirming your withdrawal request.
In case the garment was acquired through the purchase of the NFT, you must also proceed to transfer the NFT to our digital wallet within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, to effectively exercise complete the procedure.
8.3. Restrictions on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom creations made by Léon H. Ltd.
8.4. Consequence of the right of withdrawal
In the event the product does not comply with your order or in the context of your right of withdrawal, you may ask for an exchange or refund of the Product(s) purchased under the conditions set out in Section 9 below.

Should you wish to change size as a result of a mistake in ordering, please follow the instructions below regarding “Exchanges” (Section 9.2).

Please note that the product(s) will be exchanged within seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt.
Exchanges of garments acquired through the purchase of the NFT must also see the NFT returned to our digital wallet, prior to the transfer of a new one linked to the new serial number and the dispatch of the new corresponding garment.
Until both elements have come back in our possession we cannot consider the procedure complete and we reserve the right not to issue exchange the garment until it is complete.
For any questions regarding the exchange procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service prior to filling the form on the Site.
9.3. Refund
If a refund has been requested, you will be sent a confirmation email and we will commit to complete the refund for the product(s) within either
(a) seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt of the returned good, or
(b) fourteen (14) days after the day of receipt of the returned good.
The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers; we have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
The refund, upon request, can be made in electronic credit note to be used within a year of its issuance.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the Product back.
Please note that refunds linked to the acquisition of an NFT will be emitted in the cryptocurrency used for the purchase of the NFT, in the digital wallet of your choice, specified in the return procedure; for more information, please refer to Section 9.1.a.
9.4. Gifts ordered on the Leonhxxi.com Site
Third-party recipients of gifts ordered on the Site may only exchange the Products via the procedure for return to the Site. Consequently, only the customer having purchased the gift may ask for a refund in the context of the right of withdrawal (insofar as it is only possible to reaccredit the bank account of the person having ordered the product). Otherwise, only an exchange for a Product of an equivalent or greater value (the difference in price must be paid by the recipient of the gift) is possible.
The third-party recipient should contact our Customer Service which will log the exchange and issue the return address by email.
9.5. Issuance of Site Credit
Any Product purchased, or received as a gift, from the Site may be returned and converted into credit valid for one (1) year within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
-returned Products must be in their original condition, with all the labels intact and attached to the item, and with their original packaging (the black box). Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion;
-if the garment was acquired through the purchase of an NFT then it shall also be returned to the wallet address it was transferred from in the first place. Should there be any doubt on which that would be, please don’t hesitate to contact us;
-you must provide the original invoice along with your returns, or a copy of it if you are returning part of your order.
To ask for a refund for a Product purchased on the Site, by exercising your right of withdrawal, you must proceed as described above in the preceding paragraph “9.1 Returns to the Leonhxxi.com Site”.
Please note that no Site Credit can be issued for purchases linked to the acquisition of an NFT. Given the nature of the transaction on Leonhxxi.com, we cannot issue Site Credit as part of your return.
10. Legal and commercial guarantees
10.1. Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity:
Léon H. Ltd will deliver a Product to you that is consistent with the sales contract and free from any defects upon delivery of said Product, in that the Product will be as described, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality.
If the Product does not comply with these requirements, you have legal rights in accordance with applicable consumer law, during the expected lifespan of the Product, you are entitled to the following:
(a) up to 30 days after delivery, if the Product is faulty you can get a full refund, upon proof of an original defect being present; and (b) up to 6 months after delivery, if the Product is faulty and it can’t be repaired or replaced by us, upon proof of an original defect being present then you can get a full refund in most cases; and (c) up to 6 years after delivery if the Product does not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back, again, upon proof of an original defect being present.

11. After-sales service and availability of replacement parts
An after-sales service is provided for any product that is technically repairable. For any repairs, please contact our Customer Services.
Léon H. Ltd cannot guarantee a period of availability for spare parts required for the use of Products. Nevertheless, Léon H. Ltd will do its utmost to satisfy its Customers in the event that one or more parts is requested.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances may Léon H. Ltd be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure on the part of Léon H. Ltd to comply with one of its obligations.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement and understanding between us in relation to the sale of Products from us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.

XXI collection, a bespoke product or the adaptation or customization of a product from Léon H. XXI collections, and the manufacturing of the latter by Léon H. Ltd.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale therefore do not apply to special orders. To request any special order, please contact our Customer service.
2.1. Services related to pre-orders
Pre-orders allow customers to reserve certain Products advertised on the Website before their release date (hereinafter “pre-orders” or “pre-ordered Product”).
2.2. Availability of Products
Product offers are valid while stocks last. At the time of validation of the order, there may be a difference between the stock available electronically and the existing physical stock (for example, in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers). The sale is therefore conditional on the availability of the Products in stock. In addition, Léon H. Ltd reserves ownership of the Products until receipt of the Products in accordance with the provisions in the section “Title retention” below.
The availability date of the pre-ordered Product will be explicitly indicated on the Product page. If the availability date changes, you will be notified immediately by email and/or on your client account.
If a Product is unavailable after ordering, we will inform you of such unavailability by email as soon as possible. You will then be presented with the choice to order an alternative Product from the Website or to cancel your order. We shall not be liable if Products are out of stock or unavailable.

3.1.a) Selecting Products
You may at any time add Products to your selection by clicking on “ADD TO BASKET” and choose to complete your order or continue shopping. You may view your selection by clicking on the basket icon on the top right-hand side of the Website, where photograph(s) of the Product(s), colour, the quantity selected, unit price(s), and the subtotal for the selection will be displayed.
You may also view the number of items held in the basket at that moment in time through the number indexed in the top right corner of the basket icon.
3.1.b) Login
Once you have selected the Product(s), click on “PLACE ORDER” to begin the process of placing your order.
If you already have a customer account, you will be required to log in and enter your password at this stage, but if you do not yet have an account, you will be prompted to create one by confirming your email address and subsequently creating a password.
Your login and password are strictly for personal use, consequently, you undertake to store them safely and never disclose them to third parties.
You may be held liable for any loss, theft or fraudulent use of your customer account if you have not taken reasonable care; and you must inform Léon H. immediately if you become aware of any third-party gaining access to your login, password or account.
Once you have created an account you will be able to:

• add or edit your delivery and billing addresses for future orders;

• manage your returns and exchanges;

3.2. Order confirmation for Website orders
3.2.a) Confirmation of shipping method
You will be required to confirm the shipping method and to enter the delivery details needed to ship your order successfully, which include: shipping country, surname, first name, phone number, delivery address, and such other information or details as may be required by us. Once you have completed this step, click “CONTINUE”.
The Product will be shipped to the shipping address you indicated when you placed your order; you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Léon H. will inform you at the time of your order if the Product can’t be delivered at the delivery address that you requested.
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct as this information will appear on the shipping label; incorrect information may result in the delay or loss of your order. Léon H. Ltd is not responsible for replacement or refund if the information you provided is incorrect.
3.2.b) Confirmation of payment
You may use your delivery address as your billing address or enter a different address. You will then be invited to select a payment method (please see the section “Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment”) and to enter the relevant information.

At the end of the ordering procedure described above, once you have accepted in their entirety the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use and the Privacy Policy for the Website, click the “PLACE ORDER” button.
You must carefully check that your selection is correct before confirming your order; while every effort is made to ensure that the colour and design of the Products in the photographs displayed on the Website match those of the original Products, variations may occur, in particular due to colour display constraints on your computer equipment. Consequently, Léon H. Ltd shall not be held liable for any error or insubstantial inaccuracy in the photographs or graphic representations of the Products included on the Website. In the event of queries regarding the Products, you may of course contact our Customer Service.
When finished, your order is transmitted to Léon H. Ltd for processing and it is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that your order has been shipped.
The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received your order request (you will receive a notification of confirmation via email), taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
Léon H. Ltd reserves the right to not accept any order placed by a customer with whom it has a dispute concerning a prior order, or if Léon H. You will subsequently receive an order summary by email, which will mention the total amount of the order, details of the shipping cost and delivery time, the essential characteristics, the quantity and the price of the Products purchased.
We advise you to keep the order summary in an electronic format. In the order summary email, you will also find attached the electronic invoice.
You will then receive an email informing you of the completion of the order and therefore its successful shipment.
We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are qualified as “spam”. Therefore, we advise you to check your Spam folder if you have not received the shipping confirmation email.
For every order, Léon H. Ltd shall retain the document that embodies the contract entered into electronically between Léon H. Ltd and a customer for a period starting from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the product and for a period of ten years from this date.
The Order Summary is not a confirmation of acceptance of your order by Léon H. Ltd, your order is accepted by Léon H. once we notify you in writing that it has been shipped. The sales agreement between you and Léon H. Ltd for your order will be formed once we have received it, taken full payment for it and notified you in writing that it has been shipped. If a part or all your order is not available, we will contact you to decide if you want to proceed with the available part of it or if you want to cancel it completely.
The Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd constitutes the proof of all transactions made between Léon H. Ltd and its customers. In the event of a dispute between Léon H. Ltd and one of its customers about a transaction made on the Website, the Order Data collected by Léon H. Ltd will be considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.
3.4. Invoices
Your invoice will be sent by Léon H. Ltd in a shipping confirmation email. We make every effort to ensure that our communications are delivered to you in a timely manner, however, it is possible that some emails are marked as spam. Therefore, we advise you to check your spam folder if you have not received your shipping confirmation email.
You can also download your electronic invoices in the “Your Orders” section of your personal account; a customer account is created automatically for every order, so please log into your account to access to your electronic invoices. If you have never logged in, you can click on the account confirmation email which you have received automatically, which allows you to create a password. Alternatively, you can create a new password directly on the Website by clicking on “forgotten password” and entering your email address.
You will receive a printed version of your invoice, along with the garments in your order.
4. Prices–Accepted Methods of Payment
4.1. Prices
The prices of the Products are in GBP, inclusive of taxes. Except in the cases of reimbursement issued i) within the context of exercising the right of withdrawal or ii) due to lack of conformity and hidden defects, Léon H. Ltd will not reimburse the VAT applied on the purchases made on the Website (even in the event where the buyer, after receipt of the Products, re-exports them to a country located outside the European Union).
Léon H. Ltd reserves the rights to amend the prices of the Products on the Website at any time and without any prior notice. Products are invoiced on the basis of a price list posted on the Website at the time of your order, subject to the availability of the Products ordered at this time.
All orders are payable in GBP and must be paid in full immediately at the time of ordering; if any of the ordered Products are unavailable (see the section “Product Availability”), only the price and the shipping costs of the available Products will be charged.
4.2. Methods of Payment Accepted
4.2.a) Payment by credit card or debit card
We accept payment by the following credit cards and debit cards: Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, American Express®, JCB®, Discover & Diners Club International® and CUP®.
Payments by debit card are authenticated and secured thanks to the 3D Secure system. This system is also known under the names of “Verified by Visa®”, “MasterCard® SecureCode” or “American Express SafeKey®”. During payment, the bank asks the Internet user for his/her personal information in order to check the identity of the card holder and to validate the transaction.
We also accept payments via ApplePay® and GooglePay®, but you must be either on Safari or Google Chrome respectively, to be able to use this function.
How to pay with 3D Secure on Leonhxxi.com:
After validation of your banking details (card number, expiry date and card verification number), a new page may be displayed on which you have to enter the personal information requested by your bank. This information can be:
-the answer to a personal question;
-a password you have previously chosen;
-a code sent by SMS;
-your date of birth.
Although these may vary slightly as authentication is specific to each bank, so for any questions concerning your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
Once the 3D Secure code is entered and validated by your bank your order is complete, and you will receive a confirmation email.
Your order will only be dispatched after your payment method has been verified and upon receipt of your card’s debit authorisation.
4.2.b) Store credit
Léon H. Ltd will issue store credit only in the forms of coupons, redeemable upon the purchase of Products on the Website.
5. Title Retention
The Products ordered remain the property of Léon H. Ltd until full payment for the Products has been received by Léon H. Ltd. However, you assume the risks (in particular regarding loss, theft or damage) relating to the Products from the moment they are delivered to the address specified when placing your order (in case of delivery to a postal address).
6. Shipping Methods
6.1. Delivery and Collection Area
6.1.a) Delivery to a postal address
Products purchased on the website may be delivered Worldwide, wherever the delivery address disclosed in the order process may be, (hereinafter the “Delivery Area”). However, for security reasons, Léon H. XXI shall not process any order for which a general delivery address, a P.O. box, or a DX address has been provided.
The Products will be shipped to the delivery address specified when placing your order, but we reserve the right to request a signature and a valid form of ID on delivery (e.g. passport or driving licence).
6.2. Shipping Costs
Express shipping is free for orders delivered within Italy, with the exclusion of the isles: Capri, Ventotene, Ponza and Isola d’Elba.
Sadly, we cannot provide free express shipping for international addresses. However, at Léon H. we believe in sharing the cost of shipping, therefore, in the interest of being just, Léon H. Ltd is committed to pay the part of your shipping expense equal to that covered by us in the free shipping for Italian parcels. Any amount over the abovementioned, shall be paid by the customer.
The shipping estimate you will see at in your cart and at checkout is the shipping amount with Léon H.’s share due already subtracted.
For specific shipping services (such as multiple orders), costs are calculated on the basis of the number of Products selected, and thus the number of packages to be sent out.
Worldwide shipping is free for NFT collectors ordering their Product from Leonhxxi.com.
6.3. Time Required for Delivery
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with an approximate timeframe required for delivery. The estimated delivery time will be confirmed in the order summary.
The delivery times below run from when your order has been confirmed, except for pre-ordered Products for which the delivery times run from when the Products become available.
For European customers the estimated delivery times vary between 1-2 working days.
For the rest of the world, customers should expect their delivery to take between 3-6 working days.
Please note that the delivery of the garments may suffer delays due to the current global pandemic.
6.3.a) Delivery to a postal address
At the beginning of the ordering process, we will provide you with the timeframe required for delivery and the various shipment methods available for the purchased Products and country of delivery. The price of shipping will be due in addition to the price of the purchased Products.
6.4) Taxes and Import duties
Prices on the Site are inclusive of taxes, but they do not include tax and import duties you may be expected to fulfil upon the arrival of your order.
These differ from country to country and will depend on your address of choice. It is not uncommon for you to have to pay your local sales tax (as well as further import duties depending on your country) and currier import charges upon the arrival of the garment.
Please consult your country’s regulation to find out precisely what these fees may be.
7. Delivery Problems
Any failure to deliver, late delivery, unavailability or delay in availability of your Products in store, exceeding the delivery time beyond an acceptable (e.g. longer than 4 days) delay must be reported to our Customer Service as soon as possible. No claims notified to us more than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmation of your order will be taken into account.
You should check any lack of conformity in the Products at the time of delivery and, if any anomalies are found (e.g., open package, damaged goods, etc.), we recommend that you handwrite any reservations on the delivery note and sign it; you should then contact the Customer Service with your report and all the evidence you can provide (pictures are best suited and will be most welcome when dealing with such unfortunate events).
If the goods do not conform to your order or you are not satisfied with them, you may return them or ask for an exchange or a refund pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth in the section “Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds”.
8. Right of Withdrawal – Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
8.1. Right of withdrawal and withdrawal period
You have a legal right of withdrawal of your order under applicable law, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. The general refund policy of Léon H. Ltd allows you to withdraw within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery of the Products, without having to provide reasons and without having to pay any penalties. Beyond this time, you will no longer be able to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please note that when acquiring the T-Shirt Silhouette 01 through the NFT linked to the serial number, your choice to exercise the right of withdrawal effectively means you will have to return the physical garment and transfer the NFT back in our digital wallet, before we can refund you in the wallet of your choice.
8.2. Procedure for exercising your right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must fill out the “Return or Exchange” form in your account within the fourteen (14) days withdrawal period indicated above (see the section “Ordering Methods”).
We will reply as soon as possible with the confirmation to your request, so do not despair if you don’t get an immediate reply.
You must proceed to return the package within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You should use the return address that will be sent to you in the email confirming your withdrawal request.
In case the garment was acquired through the purchase of the NFT, you must also proceed to transfer the NFT to our digital wallet within 14 days after the day in which you received the confirmation email accepting your wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, to effectively exercise complete the procedure.
8.3. Restrictions on the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal may not be exercised for custom creations made by Léon H. Ltd.
8.4. Consequence of the right of withdrawal
In the event the product does not comply with your order or in the context of your right of withdrawal, you may ask for an exchange or refund of the Product(s) purchased under the conditions set out in Section 9 below.

Additionally, to complete a return you must also transfer the NFT to our digital wallet within the timeframe specified above in Section 8.2.
Until both the garment and the NFT have come back in our possession we cannot consider the procedure complete and we reserve the right not to issue a refund until it is.
Should you wish to change size as a result of a mistake in ordering, please follow the instructions below regarding “Exchanges” (Section 9.2).

Please note that the product(s) will be exchanged within seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt.
Exchanges of garments acquired through the purchase of the NFT must also see the NFT returned to our digital wallet, prior to the transfer of a new one linked to the new serial number and the dispatch of the new corresponding garment.
Until both elements have come back in our possession we cannot consider the procedure complete and we reserve the right not to issue exchange the garment until it is complete.
For any questions regarding the exchange procedure, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service prior to filling the form on the Site.
9.3. Refund
If a refund has been requested, you will be sent a confirmation email and we will commit to complete the refund for the product(s) within either
(a) seventy-two (72) working hours of receipt of the returned good, or
(b) fourteen (14) days after the day of receipt of the returned good.
The refund shall be issued via the same payment method used for the order and in the same currency used by the client when paying for the order.
Please note that your bank may take up to ten (10) business days to issue a refund to your card, depending on processing times. This may vary among card issuers; we have no control over this process or the corresponding processing times.
The refund, upon request, can be made in electronic credit note to be used within a year of its issuance.
In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund, but we may withhold the refund until we have received the Product back.
Please note that refunds linked to the acquisition of an NFT will be emitted in the cryptocurrency used for the purchase of the NFT, in the digital wallet of your choice, specified in the return procedure; for more information, please refer to Section 9.1.a.
9.4. Gifts ordered on the Leonhxxi.com Site
Third-party recipients of gifts ordered on the Site may only exchange the Products via the procedure for return to the Site. Consequently, only the customer having purchased the gift may ask for a refund in the context of the right of withdrawal (insofar as it is only possible to reaccredit the bank account of the person having ordered the product). Otherwise, only an exchange for a Product of an equivalent or greater value (the difference in price must be paid by the recipient of the gift) is possible.
The third-party recipient should contact our Customer Service which will log the exchange and issue the return address by email.
9.5. Issuance of Site Credit
Any Product purchased, or received as a gift, from the Site may be returned and converted into credit valid for one (1) year within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of delivery, subject to the following terms and conditions:
-returned Products must be in their original condition, with all the labels intact and attached to the item, and with their original packaging (the black box). Garments that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. For that matter, Léon reserves the right to refuse return of any garment that does not meet the above requirements at Léon’s sole discretion;
-if the garment was acquired through the purchase of an NFT then it shall also be returned to the wallet address it was transferred from in the first place. Should there be any doubt on which that would be, please don’t hesitate to contact us;
-you must provide the original invoice along with your returns, or a copy of it if you are returning part of your order.
To ask for a refund for a Product purchased on the Site, by exercising your right of withdrawal, you must proceed as described above in the preceding paragraph “9.1 Returns to the Leonhxxi.com Site”.
Please note that no Site Credit can be issued for purchases linked to the acquisition of an NFT. Given the nature of the transaction on Leonhxxi.com, we cannot issue Site Credit as part of your return.
10. Legal and commercial guarantees
10.1. Legal guarantees
Legal guarantee of conformity:
Léon H. Ltd will deliver a Product to you that is consistent with the sales contract and free from any defects upon delivery of said Product, in that the Product will be as described, fit for purpose, of satisfactory quality.
If the Product does not comply with these requirements, you have legal rights in accordance with applicable consumer law, during the expected lifespan of the Product, you are entitled to the following:
(a) up to 30 days after delivery, if the Product is faulty you can get a full refund, upon proof of an original defect being present; and (b) up to 6 months after delivery, if the Product is faulty and it can’t be repaired or replaced by us, upon proof of an original defect being present then you can get a full refund in most cases; and (c) up to 6 years after delivery if the Product does not last a reasonable length of time you may be entitled to some money back, again, upon proof of an original defect being present.
This is a summary of your key consumer rights and for detailed information about the applicable law you should contact Citizens advice (citizensadvice.org.uk or phone 03454 040506) or another legal or consumer affairs adviser.
In the event of defects, Products should be returned to Léon H. Ltd by contacting our Customer Service (see the section “Ordering Methods” above).
11. After-sales service and availability of replacement parts
An after-sales service is provided for any product that is technically repairable. For any repairs, please contact our Customer Services.
Léon H. Ltd cannot guarantee a period of availability for spare parts required for the use of Products. Nevertheless, Léon H. Ltd will do its utmost to satisfy its Customers in the event that one or more parts is requested.
12. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances may Léon H. Ltd be held liable for any damage not resulting from a failure on the part of Léon H. Ltd to comply with one of its obligations.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them represent the entire agreement and understanding between us in relation to the sale of Products from us and supersede any prior agreement, understanding or arrangement between us, whether oral or in writing.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and, therefore, the Contracts entered into with you, shall be governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (without reference to its conflict of law provisions).
Any disputes arising out of, or relating to, these General Terms and the Contracts shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
